First Midwest LLC, located in Urbandale, purchased the nearly 2-acre parcel at 12001 Hickman Road in Urbandale from Texas-based Prim Five Urbandale LLC. The property includes a 13,189-square-foot structure with a brick veneer. Construction of the facility was completed in 2020.
