The 2-acre parcel includes a Kum & Go convenience store with fuel pumps. The 4,995-square-foot store was constructed in 2011. The property’s sellers include Dingel Properties LLC, Millang Properties LLC, Murphy Property Investors LLC, RRC Investment Holdings, LLC and KM Properties LLC. The property is valued at $1.6 million. The transaction was recorded Feb. 1.
Premier Credit Union, whose home office is in Des Moines, paid the Iowa Clinic Holding Co. LLC $1.7 million for property at 1450 S.W. Tradition Drive in Ankeny, records show.
