Here are notable transactions in the Des Moines metro area as of Sept. 19, 2012.

Urbandale Care Group LLC of Vancouver, Wash., paid $3.8 million to Urbantus LLC of Seattle for a nursing home at 8525 Urbandale Ave. in Urbandale. At the time of the sale on Aug. 31, the property was valued at $3.9 million.

Emerytura Properties LLC paid $300,000 to Mrs Clark’s Foods LC for a 9,600-square-foot warehouse at 2006 Hulsizer Road in Ankeny. At the time of the sale on Sept. 7, the property was valued at $268,900.
