The property is west of a Nebraska Furniture Mart store. The 1.5 acres purchased by Gazzo Properties was recently part of the Nebraska Furniture Mart land that was subdivided into two new parcels. The new parcel is valued at $522,310, records show. The transaction was recorded on Sept. 29.
Recreational Adventures Co. of Sioux Falls, S.D., paid DMWK Campground LLC of Tennessee $2.8 million for property at 34308 and 34336 L Ave. in Adel, records show. The 27 acres include a single-family house and RV campsite with more than 130 spaces, most with full service. The two parcels are valued at $1.25 million. The transaction was recorded on Sept. 29.
