My Facebook news feed often fills up with dog photos or other cute animal photos or videos, thanks to some friends who are animal lovers.

So I had to check out the Facebook page for Will Coburn, the adorable pooch owned by a Des Moines couple — Kirk Irwin, the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s chief administrative officer who was also named CFO of the Year a few months ago, and Shannon Cofield, the president of the Mercy Medical Center Foundation.

During an interview I had with Irwin, we shared stories of our children and pets. He mentioned Will and how he has his own page. I’ve checked it out a few times. Will is quite the social media hound.
