After a third straight sellout, Iowa State University’s Business Analytics Symposium, most recently held April 3 at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown, will be moving to the Iowa Events Center next year, the Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business reported. The event drew 450 attendees from 10 states and 70 companies to hear from 22 experts in blockchain, cybersecurity, telematics, health care, supply chain and actuarial science. “We host this annual event because we understand the importance of analytics to every business,” said Raisbeck Endowed Dean David Spalding. Next year’s event will be April 2.
