My caffeine habit (addiction) is well-known among my Business Record co-workers, and one of them kindly (or annoyingly?) sent this article my way. Let’s face it: Coffee is a powerful fuel for the business community — it’s the starting point for many meetings and networking appointments. Here’s the main takeaway: For those of you who reach for the coffee pot power button first thing in the morning, you may want to reconsider. It turns out it’s better if you could hold off for an hour. I may have to take up that suggestion when I’m on vacation so I don’t subject my co-workers to the less-caffeinated (highly irritable) version of myself.
