It seems as if it’s the question de jour in the business world as company leaders and employees continue planning their return to work strategies. Here at the Business Record, our leadership team has been working on a plan that would see us return to the office in September (with varying levels of what “return” means for various employees). But as companies across the region measure their return to work plans, it might be interesting to see what some of their peers are doing.
