About: Defining success is different for everyone, but we can all agree that being philanthropic is part of maturing as a community leader. Philanthropy comes in all shapes and sizes, not just large monetary donations, and knowing where and how you can give back for your stage in life will help you advance. Speakers are Mary Sellers from United Way of Central Iowa and Kristi Knous from the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines.
