Principal Global Investors LLC said today that it has opened an office in Dubai and appointed a managing director. The move allows Principal Global Investors to serve institutional investors, pension plan sponsors and sovereign wealth fund clients in the Middle East, with a primary focus on the nations of the Gulf Cooperation Council, the company said in a news release.
