Ohio firm awarded $500,000 for 200-job expansion to Urbandale
Ventech Solutions Inc., a Columbus, Ohio-based system integration and consulting services firm that focuses on the public sector, was awarded $500,000 in state High Quality Jobs Program tax credits to help with an expansion to Urbandale, where it plans to lease space at 12000 Ridgemont Drive and employ 200 people. Seventy-five of the jobs must pay a minimum $25.52 an hour. The company also will receive $100,000 from the city of Urbandale.
