Olson-Larsen Galleries in Valley Junction has won a total of $10,000 for its business expansion plan in the local and regional Open 4 Business contest. The contest offers businesses in Main Street Iowa districts the opportunity to expand. The gallery will compete in the state contest in August. Jim Miller, Historic Valley Junction Foundation executive director, said: “Olson-Larsen Galleries has been an anchor of Historic Valley Junction since 1979. They have an incredible roster of regional artists and truly have a national reputation in the art world.”
