The John Stoddard Rally Against Cancer will feature Shannon Miller, America’s most highly decorated Olympic gymnast, as its 2017 keynote speaker. Miller won seven Olympic medals, including two gold medals in the 1996 Atlanta games. Miller will share her Olympic experiences, her victory over a rare form of ovarian cancer, and how both of these experiences helped shape who she is today as a wife, mother and successful entrepreneur. All proceeds from the Jan. 28 event will directly benefit the John Stoddard Cancer Center Oncology Nurse Navigator Program, as well as other programs that provide healing and overall well-being of patients and their families. Click here for more information about the event or to purchase tickets.
