Optimae LifeServices receives 3-year accreditation for employee training program
Optimae LifeServices announced it has earned a three-year, full accreditation from the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals for its employee training program. In evaluating the program, members of the NADSP review team praised Optimae for its commitment to current trends, best practices, ongoing feedback and well-qualified trainers. In implementing the program, Optimae’s Knowledge Acquisition and Transfer Team has included advisory groups to provide continuous evaluation of the training offered. “At Optimae, education is one of our four core values, and we’re committed to providing our adult learners with the tools they need to be successful in their service to our communities,” said Molly Mackey, acquisition and transfer coordinator at Optimae. The company provides health care and human services for individuals with disabilities and mental illness from nearly 40 central, eastern and southern Iowa counties.
