Optimae’s southeast Iowa division receives accreditation
Optimae Home Health Services announced that its Southeast Iowa division, which serves 13 southeast Iowa counties, has received its first three-year accreditation from Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) Inc. The accreditation process entailed an in-depth self-study and three-day site visit that included field visits with nursing, home health and occupational therapy staff, as well as the review of charts, policies and procedures. The accreditation demonstrates Optimae meets the industry’s highest nationally recognized standards. Optimae’s Central Iowa home health division, which serves eight Central Iowa counties, earned its second consecutive three-year CHAP accreditation last fall. Optimae Home Health Services offers skilled nursing and home health aides, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy, which allow customers to continue living in their home while receiving medical care.
