Orchestrate Hospitality and Chef George Formaro, known for their network of unique Des Moines restaurants, are partnering on a new eatery in Pella, scheduled to open this summer, Orchestrate Hospitality announced on Wednesday. Orchestrate Hospitality will be remodeling 6500 square feet of space in the Royal Amsterdam Hotel to house Liberty Street Kitchen, a casual bistro and bar on Pella’s Molengracht Plaza. Orchestrate is accepting applications for a general manager and an executive chef.
