Angela Ossian has been named executive director of Metro Arts Alliance of Greater Des Moines, effective Oct. 3. She succeeds Kim Poam Logan, who resigned. Ossian most recently was marketing and communications director for the Iowa State Center. She previously worked for Principal Financial Group Inc. and The Des Moines Register.
