Osterhaus elected president of APhA
Matthew Osterhaus has been elected president of the American Pharmacists Association.
Osterhaus co-founded Outcomes Pharmaceutical Health Care LC, a West Des Moines medication therapy management company, in 1999 and serves on its board. Osterhaus also owns a pharmacy in Maquoketa.
He will serve as the 2013-2014 president-elect until being installed as president in March 2014, according to a release.
