Palmer Group is gathering data for its upcoming 2022 Salary Guide and would like Greater Des Moines employers to participate. The company conducts the survey annually in collaboration with the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Individual responses to the two-question survey will remain confidential and will be shared as cumulative responses that will be published on Nov. 1.
