WHEN: 8:30 to 10 a.m., Friday, Dec. 11

COST: Free to Downtown Chamber members; $10 for nonmembers
PROGRAM: The panel will discuss the top 10 things expected to occur in downtown Des Moines in 2021. The panel includes Kris Saddoris, vice president of development for Hubbell Realty Co.; Breann Bye, executive director of the Sixth Avenue Corridor, Planning and Design Consultant; and Tim Leach, vice president of economic development for the Downtown Community Alliance
