Paragon Office Park Plat 3 at 128th Street and Meredith Drive has been approved by the Urbandale Planning and Zoning Commission. The 25.36-acre plot is zoned for retail and office space. Dahl’s Foods owns an 8.95-acre lot that Dalh’s president and CEO David Sinwell said will be used for a supermarket. The construction date for the grocery store has not been released. R&R Realty Group which owns the rest of the land, has not released plans for future development at this time. Last night, the city council made the final approval for the plat.
