The Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute has announced the program participants and mentors selected for the 2020 Community Connect program. The program offers a curriculum that links discovery of one’s personal purpose to intentional community engagement. Throughout the program, mentors also provide guidance and make connections to accelerate participants’ involvement in Greater Des Moines. Graduates go on to give their time to causes that align with their passions, such as serving on nonprofit boards of directors and getting involved in community initiatives.
