The Greater Des Moines Partnership has announced that the upcoming Welcome to DSM USA Reception will be held on May 25 at 6 p.m. at Blank Park Zoo, prior to the Wild Lights Festival. The Welcome to DSM USA Reception series was created to celebrate new Greater Des Moines residents who have chosen to build their career, future and lives in the Des Moines region. The event will provide an opportunity for attendees to meet and mingle with other new residents while learning about community resources created to familiarize them with the region and help them feel more at home.
