The Greater Des Moines Partnership will lead a nine-day cultural exploration tour to China this October. The trip includes visits to the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou, as well as sites including Tiananmen Square, the Great Wall and the Forbidden City.

Participants will also learn about the Chinese business system and how it operates. An orientation meeting will be held May 23 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Greater Des Moines Partnership, 700 Locust St.

A representative from Citslinc International Inc., a company with more than 30 years’ experience in China tours, will provide detailed information on the trip and answer questions. The cost of the trip is $2,099 for Partnership members and $2,199 for nonmembers.
