Minority-owned businesses in Central Iowa are being invited to participate in a survey that is designed to provide a better understanding of the needs of diverse business owners in the region. The Inclusive Small Business Owners Survey, launched by the Greater Des Moines Partnership, will help inform organizations on how to best approach diversity, equity and inclusion in the startup and business community. “The results from this survey will help boost existing efforts by the Partnership and many other organizations to provide extensive resources to help small businesses in the region grow and be successful,” said Juan Pablo Sanchez, director of inclusive business strategies at the Partnership, which will donate $10 to a charity of choice on the behalf of those who participate in the survey.
