The Greater Des Moines Partnership has announced the 2025 dates for its intern professional development series, DSM Intern Connection. The series aims to connect college-age interns with community leaders and executives, as well as opportunities to network with fellow students. The events are free to all college-age interns working in Greater Des Moines. Students who complete three of the four events are invited to attend an exclusive Executive Luncheon event at the Embassy Club Downtown. “The DSM Intern Connection is a fantastic way for Greater Des Moines college interns to immerse themselves in the community while gaining valuable professional development and networking experiences,” Jenae Sikkink, senior vice president of talent development and inclusive strategies at the Partnership, said in a prepared statement. “Last year, students from more than 64 colleges participated, and many of these students indicated their interest in living and working in Greater Des Moines after graduation.” For more information or to register, visit the Partnership website.
