Registration is underway for the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s inaugural Future World of Work Summit. The summit, scheduled for Oct. 24 at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny, will highlight things employers can do to adapt and thrive in the future. The half-day event will include an interactive session to gather local perspectives on innovation, a panel discussion of local industry leaders, and conversations with nationally recognized leaders and futurists. Keynote speakers will be Kermit Kaleba, strategy director of Indianapolis-based Lumina Foundation, which is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all, and Casey Welch, CEO and co-founder of Tallo, a student and professional recruitment platform.
