Partnership to host global partnerships speaker
Deirdre White, president and CEO of CDC Development Solutions of Washington, D.C., will speak in Des Moines on Sept. 12.
The event is hosted by the Greater Des Moines Partnership and the U.S. Center for Citizen Diplomacy, a Des Moines group that recently merged with CDC Development.
White will speak on how corporations are creating shared value around the globe by tying corporate citizenship work to core business strategies.
The event will take place from 7 to 8:30 a.m. at the Partnership building, 700 Locust St.
