The Greater Des Moines Partnership has been awarded the Communications Award of Excellence by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. Its winning entry was the 2022 515 Day video, which celebrated the Greater Des Moines region and encouraged community investment. The Partnership will now compete for the Best in Show title at the ACCE’s annual convention in August. ACCE recognized chambers of commerce for their role in driving community success and praised their creative communication efforts. Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Tiffany Tauscheck, the incoming president and CEO of the Greater Des Moines Partnership, stated: “We are honored to have received this award from ACCE and to be recognized as a best-in-class organization. 515 Day encourages residents to celebrate all that is unique about the DSM USA region, and this video and award give us an opportunity to share the region’s story of momentum with national and international audiences.”
