Pella-based window and door manufacturer Pella Corp. announced it is acquiring Reilly Windows & Doors, a manufacturer and designer of custom window walls and doors based in New York, effective Aug. 1. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed by the privately held companies. Reilly Windows & Doors will remain under the leadership of Michael Reilly and maintain its unique brand and focus on the luxury marketplace, the companies said in a release. Reilly’s 180 employees at its manufacturing facility in Calverton, N.Y., will join Pella’s more than 7,500 team members nationally. Over time, Reilly’s products will be integrated into the Pella Crafted Luxury collection. “Reilly and Pella share many of the same values of craftsmanship and product innovation,” said Tim Yaggi, president and CEO of Pella Corp. “Including Reilly with our Pella Crafted Luxury portfolio allows both brands to serve the luxury architect and builder better.”
