Pella Corp. names Videtto president, COO

183 wordsAll Latest News, Key Leadership Changes, ManufacturingPella Corp. announced Tuesday the appointment of Emily Videtto to the role of president and chief operating officer.
In addition to continued oversight of Pella’s sales and marketing, general management and innovation, Videtto’s expanded responsibilities will include manufacturing, engineering and supply chain, a news release said.
Videtto joined Pella in 2016 as chief marketing officer and became executive vice president of sales and marketing in 2021. In her time at the Pella-based manufacturing company, she has helped lead diversification of Pella’s sales channels and improved its product portfolio in addition to leading the introduction of several product innovations, the release said.
“Emily’s vision, leadership and dedication have been pivotal to our success. Her appointment as president and COO is a testament to her outstanding contributions and our confidence in her ability to lead Pella into the future,” Tim Yaggi, Pella CEO, said in a prepared statement.
Before joining Pella, Videtto held several leadership roles at GAF, North America’s largest roofing manufacturer. She serves on the board of directors for American Woodmark Corp. and is the chair of the Window and Door Manufacturers Association.
