Percipio Workforce Solutions, a Des Moines-based staffing company, has announced a new strategic partnership with Hire DSM, a workforce recruiting firm located in West Des Moines. Percipio Workforce Solutions will take over leadership of Hire DSM’s staffing division in order to provide staffing services to a broader client base, a news release said. Hire DSM will focus on recruitment process outsourcing, strategic recruitment consulting and staffing consulting. “Our partnership with Percipio Workforce Solutions allows us to focus on our core strengths while entrusting our staffing operations to a team that is deeply committed to client success,” Nicky Wallance, Hire DSM CEO said in a prepared statement. “We are confident that this collaboration will bring significant benefits to our clients and drive mutual growth.”
