The Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission have reviewed Plat 1 of The Crossing at Alice’s Road. The 13.5-acre parcel will house a Hy-Vee grocery store.

The Crossing at Alice’s Road project is a 145-acre parcel at the intersection of U.S. Highway 6 and Alice’s Road and is being developed by Alice’s LC.

The plan calls for retail, commercial and industrial space. When completed, it will contain an estimated 330,000 square feet of retail space.
