The audit by Denman & Co. produced a clean opinion with no material weaknesses. The city also did not exceed the budget in any functional areas and qualifies as a low-risk auditee. Pleasant Hill’s general obligation bond rating is Aa3, assigned by a national rating agency to the city’s debt.
