Pork Producers: Nick’s has best tenderloin in state

Nick’s on Army Post Road has won the Iowa Pork Producers Association’s annual contest to find the best breaded pork tenderloin. The restaurant serves 1,000 tenderloins a week; the sandwich accounts for 80 percent of its food sales. 1901 Chop Haus in Traer was runner-up among the 385 restaurants nominated.
