Principal real estate investment group honored
The Principal Global Real Estate Securities Fund, a nearly $3 billion fund managed by Principal Real Estate Investors, was named the best of 92 global real estate fund over a five-year period in receiving a Lipper Fund award. Lipper is a global research firm. The award honors funds that have excelled in delivering consistently strong, risk-adjusted performance relative to peers, according to a release. Des Moines-based Principal Real Estate Investors sub-advises or manages $57.3 billion in commercial real estate assets.
