BACKGROUND and UPDATE: 
Construction of the first phase of Hubbell Realty Co.’s apartment project in Gray’s Station is nearly complete with tenants scheduled to begin moving in in July. 

The building, with first-floor retail space, has a range of apartment sizes, including affordably priced micro units.

Construction of the second building is slated to be completed by the end of the year. That building will include a two-story gymnasium. 

Gray’s Station is a $250 million residential development underway on 84 acres that includes single-family houses, townhouses and apartments. A recreational trail that winds through the development connects with Gray’s Lake.
