The city of Ankeny is seeking proposals for a mixed-use development of city-owned parcels located in Uptown Ankeny at 719 S.W. Third St. Uses could include market-rate apartments, office, retail and restaurants. The city intends to sell the property to a developer who can transform the site and make it a catalyst for future development in the Uptown area.
