Clark Municipal Service Center, 1551 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. City officials are discussing restricting the number of days homeowners can rent their properties to overnight guests. The proposed short-term rental rules are part of the city’s new zoning code. Changes to the short-term rental code would be enacted in December.
