Putts & Pins gets green light from West Des Moines board

92 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and Development, Retail and BusinessThe West Des Moines Board of Adjustment on Wednesday approved a conditional use permit for Putts & Pins, a combination bar, restaurant and recreation facility planned in Jordan Creek Point, 6920 E.P. True Parkway. The permit is required for the venue’s recreational aspects, which will include indoor miniature golf and duckpin bowling. Putts & Pins, planned by Kann Realty, is planned for nearly 20,300 square feet of space in the center. The venue is expected to span two buildings connected by a breezeway. Putts & Pins is slated to open this summer.
