R&R Realty Group has completed its third warehouse in Grimes. The 300,000-square-foot, spec-built structure is the largest of the three warehouses at R&R’s Prairie Business Park, which boasts a total of 800,000 square feet of space that is serving a range of clients and business types. A fourth warehouse is planned. “There’s been a strong demand for warehouse space from both traditional users and companies looking to use the space for office, showrooms, light assembly or even research and development,” R&R Realty Group President Mark Rupprecht said in a release.
