RDG Planning & Design and Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wis., have received a design award from the Central States chapters of the American Society of Landscape Architects for a campus courtyard that established a benchmark for storm water management, according to a news release. Cleary Courtyard on the campus also is used by students and staff for landscape horticulture and biology studies.
