Adam Kaduce, commercial real estate director with Realty Marketing Group, has been recognized as an emerging leader in industrial real estate by Real Estate Forum magazine. The publication took note of these achievements: treasurer for the IEC Hotel Corp., a nonprofit that will oversee the construction and operation of a $101 million convention center hotel that will be connected to the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines; membership chair for Capital City Connection, a local young professionals networking group he helped start; member of the Drake University College of Business and Public Administration National Advisory Council; community service co-chair for GenYP, the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce’s young professionals organization; and a member of the Urbandale Economic Development Advisory Board. Kaduce started his career as an intern with Realty Marketing Group, which is part of R&R Realty Group, where he has achieved more than $25 million in real estate transactions, according to a release.
