Kim Reynolds told the host and agency Deputy Director Ryan West that the state kept 80% of its economy “up and going” during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also said she hopes Iowa will attract teleworkers looking for a low cost of living, low crime rates and a state that has required most schools to keep their classrooms open.
