Romney to run for president, says Obama failed in economic recovery
Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney formally declared his bid for president today, The New York Times reported.
Romney pitched himself as the turnaround specialist that the country needs, and accused President Barack Obama of failing to live up to the promise of economic recovery he made in his 2008 campaign. “Barack Obama has failed America,” Romney said.
