R&R Realty Group has completed its 260,000-square-foot class A industrial building in the Prairie Business Park in Grimes. Plans for a second warehouse in Prairie Business Park are underway, and the listing agent, R&R’s Realty Marketing Group, has space available for pre-lease. Realty Marketing Group President Paul Rupprecht said in a release that the Greater Des Moines industrial market has performed well over the last 18 months and that there continues to be strong demand for R&R’s Interstate Acres and Meredith Business Park in Urbandale.
