Commercial real estate developer and brokerage R&R Realty Group is the first tenant of the company’s 180,000-square-foot Westfield office campus on Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. Westfield is two 80,000-square-foot office buildings joined at the middle by a common area that features meeting and conference spaces, a coffee shop, a fitness center and a rooftop terrace. Additional amenities include available underground parking, state-of-the-art security and access to R&R’s private fiber network, according to a release. R&R Realty Group President Mark Rupprecht described the Westfield campus as “part office and part showroom for customers looking for inspiration and ideas.” R&R said it would identify other tenants at a later date. The Westfield Campus will be R&R’s fourth completed project within the past six months, following the Paradigm Building in Urbandale, Warehouse III at Prairie Business Park in Grimes and Warehouse One at R&R Commerce Park in Papillion, Neb.
