Spark Design is the new brand name for R&R Realty Group’s in-house interior design team. Spark Design, a division of the West Des Moines-based real estate company, provides design services to customers leasing space in the company’s properties. “Giving Spark Design its own identity provides us with a new way of helping our customers understand the resource available to them,” Mark Rupprecht, R&R’s president, said in a prepared statement. The launch comes with a new name, tagline, logo and website for the firm that showcases its past projects and capabilities. In addition to interior design, the Spark team specializes in space planning, programming, project coordination and finish selections. Alissa Nelson, who has been with R&R since 2014, is the design manager.
