R&R Realty Group and two of its subsidiaries have been named “Best of the Best” by Midwest Real Estate News. The West Des Moines company and its subsidiaries were named “Top Midwest Commercial Real Estate Owner,” “Top Midwest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage” and “Top Midwest Commercial Real Estate Property Manager.” R&R’s portfolio of owned properties grew to 7.7 million square feet in 2019, which placed the company at 22nd out of 45 in the contest for top commercial real estate owners. The jump in portfolio size was due to the completion of the Paradigm Building and Westfield Campus in Des Moines’ western suburbs and the first phase of R&R Commerce Park in Omaha. R&R Real Estate Advisors and R&R Management Professionals also saw growth, earning them spots at numbers 57 and 35 on their respective lists.
