Adam Kaduce, a vice president at R&R Real Estate Advisors, is a Real Estate Forum magazine Fifty Under 40 honoree for 2017. The commercial real estate publication said Kaduce’s “dedicated and strategic approach to handling his customers’ needs and meeting their goals has resulted in several long-term client relationships and burnished his reputation as a trusted client advisor.” Kaduce is the youngest vice president of commercial real estate at the brokerage and is responsible for leasing a 7 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office, industrial and retail space in Greater Des Moines.
